Cancellations/Modifications

To cancel or modify your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed through our website.

Exchange Order

You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Exchanges are applicable for size, color, or defective or wrong items.

• We recommend recording video while you open your order without cut and pause. Without video proof, returns or exchange cannot be processed.
• The product should be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
• If receive a product with an incorrect colour, defective, or wrong item due to an error by WEGADGET, our team will arrange a free reverse pickup.
• If received product is in perfect condition but the customer wants to return or exchange it for another product, colour, or preference, a ₹150 reverse pickup fee will apply.
• Once we receive the retuned items, our team will inspect them and issue a exchange within 24 hours.

Return Order

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges if they wish to exchange the product for a different color or if they do not like it.
• Return or Exchange will not be processed if the product is received without accessories and original packaging.
